Tear Trough Fillers
Dark circles and under-eye bags can be caused by a multitude of reasons – smoking, a lack of sleep, overexposure to the sun and ageing, to name but a few. Tear trough fillers are specially-formulated under eye fillers with fast-acting, long-lasting effects.
What are tear trough fillers?
Hyaluronic acid is used to gently fill in and smoothen out under eye crevices, removing shadows and providing instant brightness. As well as addressing volume-loss, the amino acids, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants in the specially-developed formula have the added benefit of nourishing the skin.
What’s involved in this under eye filler treatment?
Our experienced clinicians will assess the affected area and talk you through the procedure, answering any questions you may have. The site is then numbed with local anaesthetic cream, before the hyaluronic acid formula is gently injected into one entry point per eye.
The whole procedure takes between 30-45 minutes.
How long do tear trough under eye fillers last?
Patients see a difference immediately after the tear trough filler treatment. Although there may be slight bruising that can last up to 48 hours, no downtime is required. Results usually last between 9 – 12 months and in some cases even longer, due mainly to the eye area experiencing less movement than other areas of the face.
It is important to note that tear trough fillers cannot treat dark circles caused by hyperpigmentation. If in doubt, speak to our trained clinicians.

What a lovely experience! Dr Latha is so caring and is clearly experienced with a real knowledge of both teeth and the facial structure. She identified teeth grinding and a jaw click that I didn’t even know I had. Such a thorough check up and in a really relaxing environment. Highly recommend.

I’ve never had as thorough of a dental health assessment as I experienced at this dental clinic. Coming from the US where I’ve never done a full 360• X-ray of my whole mouth, pictures taken of every angle of my mouth, such detailed analysis of my teeth by the wonderful dentist was a different and eye opening experience for me! The dentist, Dr Latha then took her time and patiently explained all the different issues she saw in my mouth and how to continue to care for my teeth. I wish I lived in London so I could continue seeing her.. It was a great experience for me! Best dentist in Notting Hill!

This must have been one of the best dentist visits I have ever had. Dr. Latha is very professional, friendly and capable. The clinic itself is highly technological and designed with the patient in mind (I can watch nature and landscapes on a screen on the ceiling while being treated, rather than staring into a bright light like in other dentist clinics? wow!). The treatment received also resolved my issue. Will be back.
