Dental Implants
Dental implants have been used in dentistry for many years and provide a solution to missing teeth by placing a titanium implant in the gap that exists. An excellent solution for teeth replacement, dental implants work by fixing an artificial tooth made from porcelain called “dental crown” to match your natural teeth. Steps include consultation, diagnosis, planning followed by implant placement.
What happens during Dental Implants Procedure?
Usually a 2 appointments process. Custom crown is then fitted into the implant that is made follow-up appointments ensures proper healing and maintenance. The success of the treatment is dependent on diligent oral care. In certain cases, it is possible to have the implant placed and the tooth (crown) inserted on the same day. However, it is common for the implant procedure to happen in multiple appointments that are usually several months apart. If so, we will examine you to make sure that the implant is secure. Then, we’ll place a connecting piece called an abutment over the post portion of the implant. This is the part that will hold the new tooth. When your gums heal, the dentist will make impressions of your teeth. They’ll create a custom replacement tooth, also called a crown. The crown is then attached to the abutment.

What a lovely experience! Dr Latha is so caring and is clearly experienced with a real knowledge of both teeth and the facial structure. She identified teeth grinding and a jaw click that I didn’t even know I had. Such a thorough check up and in a really relaxing environment. Highly recommend.

I’ve never had as thorough of a dental health assessment as I experienced at this dental clinic. Coming from the US where I’ve never done a full 360• X-ray of my whole mouth, pictures taken of every angle of my mouth, such detailed analysis of my teeth by the wonderful dentist was a different and eye opening experience for me! The dentist, Dr Latha then took her time and patiently explained all the different issues she saw in my mouth and how to continue to care for my teeth. I wish I lived in London so I could continue seeing her.. It was a great experience for me! Best dentist in Notting Hill!

This must have been one of the best dentist visits I have ever had. Dr. Latha is very professional, friendly and capable. The clinic itself is highly technological and designed with the patient in mind (I can watch nature and landscapes on a screen on the ceiling while being treated, rather than staring into a bright light like in other dentist clinics? wow!). The treatment received also resolved my issue. Will be back.

Wow what a beautiful Spa so bright & spacious. Everyone so welcoming with beautiful smiles everywhere I looked.
